摘要
为明确烤烟新品种NC102与NC297的田间最佳采烤时期,采用田间试验研究了不同叶龄采收对烤烟外观特征、等级结构、内在化学成分及感官评吸质量的影响。结果表明:NC102品种的最佳采烤叶龄为下部烟叶57 d、中部烟叶71 d、上部烟叶92 d;NC297品种的最佳采烤叶龄为下部烟叶60 d、中部烟叶74 d、上部烟叶95 d。按上述叶龄采烤,这2个品种的烤后烟叶外观质量较优,等级质量较高,杂色烟比例较少,内在化学成分协调,感官评吸质量最优。
In order to investigate the best harvest time of tobacco varieties NC102 and NC297,the field experiments were conducted to study the effects of harvest at different leaf age on appearance characteristics,grade structure,chemical components and sensory qualities of flue-cured tobacco leaves. The results showed that the leaves appearance characters performed well,the high class leaf proportion was higher,the chemical components were more harmonious and the sensory evaluation was the best at leaf age of 57 d at lower leaves,71 d at middle leaves,92 d at upper leaves for NC102,and 60 d at lower leaves,74 d at middle leaves,95 d at upper leaves for NC297.
