摘要
针对传统GPS导航缺乏对行程线路天气预报预警的问题,提出在传统GPS线路规划的基础上,将雾霰、大风、强降水、路面冰冻等影响行车安全的天气现象的监测和预报融合到线路规划算法中,然后说明系统的逻辑结构、关键业务流程以及物理部署等方面的设计,最后通过Android平台上已开发实现的系统检验该算法线路规划的效果。实践证明该算法和系统不仅可用于驾乘人员市内短途出行的天气预报预警,更适用于跨市或跨省的长途高速线路规划,从而能够有效降低因恶劣天气造成的交通事故。
On the basis of traditional GPS route planning and navigation, we present an algorithm for travel route planning mer-ging with weather phenomena monitoring and nowcasting which affect driving safety such as the sleet fog, wind, rain and icy roads, etc., and then illustrate the design of the logical structure of the system, the key business processes and physical deploy-ment, finally check the effects of the algorithm through the integrated system which has been completed under Android platform. The algorithm and system not only are applied to the weather forecast and warning for short-distance travel inside the city, but also suitable for intercity or inter-provincial long-distance highway route planning, so as to effectively reduce the traffic accidents at-tributable to bad weather.
