摘要
为了从一批电路中准确判断哪些电路更需要开展容差分析,提出一种基于模糊数学和灰色关联分析理论的电路容差分析实施对象选择决策方法,建立了复杂装备系统开展电路容差分析实施对象选择决策数学模型。通过计算各电路容差分析实施对象到相对最优、劣容差分析电路的模糊灰色关联系数,来确定各电路容差分析实施对象的相对优势灰色关联度,并依据相对灰色关联度对各实施对象的优先程度进行排序,实现电路容差分析实施对象选择决策。通过案例分析验证了该模型的有效性。
In order to decide which one needs circuit tolerance analysis from numbers of circuits, a circuit tolerance analysis object choosing decision-making method based-on fuzzy math and grey relational analysis theory is proposed. Establish decision making circuit tolerance analysis implementation object based on fuzzy math and grey relation analysis theory. Through calculating fuzzy grey relation index of every circuit tolerance analysis object to relative best or worst tolerance analysis circuit, ensure relative advantage grey relative degree of every circuit tolerance analysis implantation object. Then, carry out priority scheduling of implantation object according to grey relative degree, and realize circuit tolerance analysis implantation object decision making. Through case analyzed to verify the validity of the model.
