齐多夫定(AZT)是一种核苷类逆转录酶抑制剂,广泛的应用于HIV治疗。本文详细的阐述了齐多夫定的研究进展,重点优化了叠氮试剂的选择、糖基上的保护基团的选择、叠氮化反应的温度与溶剂选择。优化后的齐多夫定工艺路线具有合成路线短、原料经济易得、反应条件温和,对环境友好,总收率高等优点。
5-methyluridine was introduced as starting materials for the synthesis of zidovudine. The focus of the optimization was on the choice of azide reagent, azide reaction temperature and solven. And it had short synthesis path, mild reaction conditions, easily obtained raw material and higher total yield.
