摘要
通过金属离子的萃取试验和氨基酸的萃取试验研究了五种硫杂杯芳烃类化合物的络合性能,结果显示硫杂杯芳烃类化合物对软金属和脂肪族氨基酸萃取能力较好。分析其配合能力主要与空腔的匹配程度以及上下缘的取代基有关,其次,当能够形成分子间氢键时,其配合能力也较强。
The complexation properties of five kinds of thiacalix[4]arene derivatives was studied by extraction test of amino acid and metal ions. The results showed the Thiacalixarene compounds was better for soft metal and aliphatic amino acid. The coordination ability of thiacalix[4] arene derivatives were related to the matching degree of the cavity and the substituent on the lower or upper edge. Furthermore, the coordination ability became Stronger when it formed intermolecular hydrogen bonding.
