摘要
报道了一种基于微流控技术的复杂结构核-壳微颗粒的制备方法。对微流控装置进行模块化分析,组装了不同结构的微流控装置。装置具有成本低、易操作、扩展性强等优点。利用这些装置分别制备了包含不同尺寸或组分内液滴的W/O/W型复合乳液模板。之后结合紫外聚合反应,合成了包埋不同尺寸内核的核-壳微颗粒。此外,引入海藻酸水凝胶优化体系,解决了内核包埋物扩散问题,合成了包埋不同组分内核的核-壳微颗粒。对乳液模板及颗粒的形貌进行了表征,其具有单分散性高、结构均一性强的特点。此种复杂结构核-壳微颗粒在药物控释、微反应器、示踪颗粒等方面均有着极大的应用潜力。
A microfluidc fabrication method of core-shell microparticles with complex structure was reported.Microfluidic devices with different structures were assembled based on the modular analysis.The microfluidic device has advantages including low cost,easy operation and high scalability.Based on these devices,W/O/W multiple emulsion templates encapsulating inner droplets with different sizes or compositions were successfully generated.Then core-shell microparticles encapsulating cores with different sizes were fabricated via UV polymerization.Moreover,alginate hydrogel was introduced to restrain the embedding materials to diffuse from cores,and core-shell microparticles encapsulating cores with different compositions were also obtained.The morphology of emulsion templates and particles was observed by optical microscopy which showed narrow size distribution and uniform structure.These core-shell microparticles with complicated inner structure have promising applications in fields such as drug deliver and release,microreactor,and tracer particle.
