摘要
近年来,有研究表明丹酚酸B对脑损伤神经细胞可以起到一定保护作用,其机制包括促进干细胞增殖分化、促进神经营养因子释放、维持细胞内钙离子稳态及线粒体膜电位、抗炎作用、减少应激产物生成、调控凋亡相关基因的表达、对相关神经递质的调控以及对PI3K/Akt/GSK-3β、AK2/STAT3通路的调节等。随着对丹酚酸B的进一步研究,有希望用于脑缺血、神经病变等疾病的治疗。
In recent years, studies have shown that Salvianolic acid B play a protective role on damaged nerve cells. The mechanism includes promoting the stem cells proliferation and differentiation, maintaining intracellular calcium homeostasis and mitochondrial membrane potential, inhibiting inflammatory reaction, reducing free radicals, regulating expression of apoptosis-related genes and related neurotransmitter as well as regulating PI3K/Akt/GSK-3β, AK2/STAT3 pathway an so on. With its further research, there is hope for the treatment of cerebral ischemia, neuropathy and other diseases.
