内圆磨床主动测量控制仪的电路设计

摘要 主动测量控制仪应用在内圆磨床中,可提高轴承内径的磨削精度。采用电感传感器和线性运算放大器等元件设计出一种新颖的主动测量控制仪,振荡器电路将电感传感器所检测的工件尺寸变化量转变为电量,整流滤波电路将交流信号转化成直流信号;直流输出信号分四路,一路送到高低精度量程的电平比较转换电路,一路送到指示电路,一路送到发讯电路,还有一路作为线性补偿网络。所设计的主动测量控制仪电路在实际应用中性能可靠,可使轴承的磨削精度达到1μm。 Active measuring controller is applied in internal grinder to improve the grinding precision of bearing bore diameter. A novel active measuring controller was designed with linear operational amplifier and transistor as components. Oscillator circuit converted the workpiece dimension variation detected by inductive transducer into electric quantity. Rectification filter circuit converted the AC signal into DC signal; DC output signal was divided into four circuits. One was sent to level comparison switching circuit with highlow precision range; one was sent to indicating circuit. One was sent to transmission circuit. And one was taken as linear compensation network. The designed active measuring controller circuit boasts reliable performance in practice. The grinding precision of bearing can reach 1 μm.
