摘要
利用VS2010软件开发一种数控切割机演示模式子系统,该系统能够控制数控切割机进行自动切割运动。用户只需要选择所需要切割的图形,并设置相关的参数,就可以通过此系统控制数控切割机进行自动切割运动,并且在切割过程中显示当前加工的图形,实时显示当前切割的位置和切割速度,还可以实时显示当前输入、输出口的状态。
VS2010 software was used to develop a CNC cutting machine demonstration model subsystem. The system can be used to control the CNC cutting machine to carry out automatic cutting motion. Users only need to select required cutting graphics,and set relevant parameters,then through this system can control automatic cutting movement of the cutting machine. Current processing and graphics can be displayed in the cutting process,current cutting position and cutting speed can be displayed realtime as well as the states of current import and export.
