摘要
提出了桥梁沉井基础施工风险主成分分析法,并将该方法应用于武汉鹦鹉洲长江大桥北锚沉井基础施工风险分析中.通过构建北锚沉井基础风险因素和施工工序对应关系矩阵,获得了北锚沉井基础的风险因素在3个降维后的施工工序(主成分)中的排名情况.结果表明,沉井施工对周围建筑物产生影响和井底流沙在沉井接高下沉中风险较大;井壁强度不足在钢壳制作中风险较大;前期组织不完善在前期准备中风险较大.
Principal components analysis method is a kind of risk analysis method which can reduce the dimensionality of complicated construction process and sort risk factors.This passage proposes principal component analysis method of risk analysis of construction of bridge open caisson foundation based on the principle,and it is applied to the risk analysis of construction of North Anchorage caisson foundation of the Parrot Island Yangtze River Bridge.Through determine the complete correspondence matrix according to risk factor and construction procedure,use the principal component analysis method to calculate the risk factor level ranking in 3reduced dimension of construction process(principal component).The results show that:the influence of the construction of open caisson foundation on the surrounding building and bottom hole flowing sand are in high risk in construction of caisson sinking;the insufficient wall strength is in high risk in the making process of steel shell;the imperfect work of organization is in high risk in the process of preparation of construction of open caisson foundation.
