摘要
目的探讨持续牵引中药外用治疗顽固性腰椎间盘突出症100例的临床疗效。方法将2013年1月至2014年5月在我院接受治疗的顽固性腰椎间盘突出症患者100例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组患者采用持续牵引中药外用治疗,对照组患者采取常规牵引治疗。观察两组患者治疗效果。结果治疗组患者总有效率为94.0%,对照组患者总有效率为62.0%,治疗组临床疗效明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论持续牵引配合中药外用治疗顽固性腰椎间盘突出症疗效确切,优于传统中医疗法。
Objective To Continuous traction Chinese Medicine External Treatment of Intractable Lumbar disc Herniation Observed the Curative Effect of 100 Cases.Methods 100 cases of patients with lumbar disc herniation from 2013 January to 2014 intractable May treated in our hospital,and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,the treatment group were treated by continuous traction and TCM external treatment,patients in the control group take routine traction.To observe the therapeutic effect of two groups of patients.Results The patients in the treatment group the total efficiency of 94.0%,patients in the control group the total effective rate was 62.0%, significantly better than the control group in the clinical effect of treatment group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Continuous traction combined with traditional Chinese medicine external treatment of intractable lumbar disc herniation curative effect,is superior to the traditional Chinese medicine therapy.
