摘要
油库区含油污水来源于码头压舱水、冲洗地面水、初期雨水、切换油罐时清洗水。油库区含油污水中的主要污染物是油分,根据《污水综合排放标准》修改GB8978-1996的有关规定以及油库区含油污水的特点,通过浮油分离、加药混合反应、絮凝、乳化油分离、滤油、生物反应、吸附等一系列处理后达标排放。
Oily sewage from fuel depots includes the wharf ballast water, flushing water, initial rain water, washing water while alternating the oil pot. Main contaminant in the oily sewage is oil. Based on Integrated Sewage Emission Standard GB8978-1996 and characteristics of oily sewage, the treatment technology for oily sewage from oil depots was put forward. The technology includes series of processes, such as floating oil separation, hybrid reaction with medicine, flocculation, emulsifying oil separation, filtering oil, biological reaction and adsorption.
