摘要
以γ-Al2O3为载体,Pt为活性组分,采用等体积分步浸渍法制备了Pt La Ce Li/γ-Al2O3催化剂。研究了催化剂的活性和稳定性,考察了煤油液空速、水碳比、反应温度对煤油水重整制氢反应的影响。确定了最适宜的工艺条件是煤油液空速为0.06 h-1,水碳比为13,反应温度为750℃,在此条件下的氢产率为35.86 mol/mol。
PtLaCeLi/γ-Al_2O_3 catalyst was prepared by incipient wet and stepwise impregnation method with 7-A1203 as support, Pt as active component. Activity and stability of the catalyst were studied, and effects of the kerosene liquid space velocity, water/carbon ratio, and temperature on the reaction behavior of the catalyst for water reforming of kerosene to produce hydrogen were investigated. The best reaction conditions were determined as follows: liquid space velocity of kerosene 0.06 h1, water/carbon molar ratio 13,temperature 750 ~C.Under above conditions, the yield of hydrogen could reach to 35.86 mol/mol.
