摘要
目的探讨应用益母草注射液减少剖宫产产后出血的临床效果。方法选取剖宫产产妇256例,随机分为两组(各128例)。对照组给予常规治疗,实验组在常规治疗基础上给予益母草注射液治疗。结果实验组的术中、术后2 h出血量、术后24 h出血量均少于对照组(P<0.05);实验组产后出血发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论益母草注射液联合缩宫素能有效预防产后出血。
Objective To study the clinical effect of leonurus injection to reduce cesarean section of postpartum hemorrhage. Methods Chose 256 cases of cesarean section patients and randomly divided into two groups （ each had 128 cases ） . Control group was given conventional treatment, the research group was given leonurus injection on the basis of conventional treatment. Results The bleeding during operation, postoperative team 2 h, 24 h blood loss, postoperative blood loss in the research group were significantly less than the control group （P〈0.05）. The incidence of postpartum hemorrhage in the research group were signiifcantly lower than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Leonurus and oxytocin injection can effectively prevent postpartum hemorrhage, the curative effect is remarkable.
