摘要 目的:研究分析骨内种植牙进行牙缺失修复治疗的临床效果。方法根据我院接收的378例骨内种植牙进行牙缺失修复治疗的患者来进行探讨分析,共有患牙562颗,我们为患者使用了CDIC生产的螺旋种植体,通过BEGO公司生产的柱状种植体来完成种植治疗,探讨种植效果。结果经过治疗后,对患者进行了1~9年的随访,一年后患者的常规患牙有273颗,失败16颗,三年以上成功患牙有260颗,失败13颗,临床中患者的牙缺失修复成功率是94.8%,失败率是5.2%。结论骨内牙种植体是对牙缺失进行修复的最佳方式,要想获得长期有效的高成功率,需要注意患者的适应症,选择正确的生物材料,提升手术操作技术。 Objective To study the clinical effect of tooth loss repair with the treatment of tooth implant in bone. Methods 378 patients of tooth loss 〈br〉 repaired with the treatment of tooth implant in bone in our hospital were included in the study. While 562 teeth were repaired. We used the screw implants from the CDIC Company with cylindrical implants produced by the BEGO Company. Then we used these data to investigate the effect of the treatment. Results After the treatment, the patients received the follow-up visit for one to nine years. One year after the treatment, there were 273 routine teeth, 16 failure. There were 260 routine teeth successful longer than three years, with 13 failure. The success rate of tooth loss repair was 94.8%, and the failure rate was 5.2%. Conclusion The dental implants in bone is the best way to repair the tooth loss. To increase the success rate to obtain long-term effective rate, we need to pay attention to patients’ indications, select the correct biological materials, and improve the operation technology.
