摘要
本文介绍基于台达PLC平台的自动分拣系统的设计和实现。该系统是针对快递包裹分类而设计,具有实时、快速分类,监控、报警等功能。为实现该功能,提出了一种基于机器视觉、台达PLC控制技术、HMI人机界面的分类方法,利用工业总线技术构建网络控制系统,并与上层管理系统实现交互。该系统具有较强的灵活性,易于拓展,可满足快递包裹分拣生产线的需求。介绍了系统的总体网络拓扑结构,子系统各部分功能,硬件、软件的实现,对自动分拣系统设计具有较强的参考意义。
This paper introduces the design and implementation of the automatic sorting system based on the Delta PLC. The system is designed for the express parcels classification, with real-time, fast classification, monitoring, alarm and other functions. To achieve this function, a kind of Classification is proposed based on machine vision, Delta PLC control technology, HMI .This project use the industrial bus technology to build network control systems and interact with upper management system. The system has strong flexibility, easy to expand, which can meet the need of the production line of express parcels sorting. This article describes the system network topology, the function of subsystems, the implementation of hardware and software and has a strong reference value for the design of automatic sorting system.
