摘要
美国、英国、日本等国家十分重视装备技术体系的重要作用,从本国实际出发,采取多种方式推进装备技术体系发展。总体来看,紧贴军事需求、注重军民结合、强调专家主导、注重体系稳定、重视评估优化,是这些国家推进装备技术体系发展遵循的共同规律,对于我军装备技术体系发展也具有一定的借鉴意义。
The United States, Britain, Japan and other countries attach very importance to the equipment technology system and adopt various ways to develop it. In summary, they all pay attention to military needs, combination of military and civilian, experts predominant, stability of system, e valuation and optimization. It has certain significance to the development of our equipment technology system.
