摘要
目的：分析疏血通联合微波对恢复期脑梗死伴下肢肌间静脉血栓患者的临床疗效情况．方法：选取我院2011-07／2013-07收治的84例恢复期脑梗死伴下肢肌间静脉血栓患者作为研究对象，按分层法将其分为实验组和对照组，每组各42例．对照组采用疏血通治疗，实验组采用疏血通联合微波治疗；对比两组临床疗效情况．结果：对照组总有效率为88．10％，实验组总有效率为100．00％；与对照组相比，实验组总有效率更高（χ2＝5．316，P ＜0．05）．结论：疏血通联合微波具有扩张血管、抗血栓、抗凝、增加血流量的作用，对恢复期脑梗死伴下肢肌间静脉血栓患者的临床疗效较好，应推广于临床．
AIM：To analyze the combined effect of microwave and Shuxuetong for treating cerebral venous thrombosis in patients with lower extremity muscles.METHODS：From July 2011 to July 2013,84 cases with lower extremity venous thrombosis recov-ery infarction were selected as the research object,according to stratification,divided into experimental and control groups,each group with 42 cases.The control group undertook Shuxuetong treatment,while experimental group used Shuxuetong combined microwave therapy;the efficacy of both groups were compared. RESULTS： The total effective rate in control group was 88.10%,while in the experimental group,the total effective rate was 100.00%;compared with the control group,the experimental group had higher overall efficiency （χ2 =5.316,P 〈0.05 ）. CONCLUSION：The combined microwave Shuxuetong therapy showing dilation of blood vessels,anti-thrombosis,anticoagula-tion,increasing the role of blood flow,great clinical efficacy cere-bral infarction with lower extremity venous thrombosis,should be promoted in clinical practice.
