摘要
目的:探讨高压注射器在增强螺旋CT血管造影检查中的操作与护理。方法:选取467例接受增强螺旋CT血管造影检查的患者为研究对象,均采用高压注射器进行穿刺和注射,观察穿刺成功率及不良反应,提出具体的护理措施。结果:467例应用高压注射器进行增强螺旋CT血管造影检查的患者中,一次性穿刺成功463例,成功率99.14%;造影对比剂推注过程中出现渗漏9例,渗漏率1.93%。467例患者中未发生静脉炎、空气栓塞等严重并发症。结论:在增强螺旋CT血管造影检查中仔细准备,正确使用高压注射器,加强护理,可减少对比剂渗漏,有效预防不良反应。
Objective：To study the operation and nursing of high pressure injector for the enhanced spiral CT angiography inspection.Method：467 cases with enhanced spiral CT angiography were treated by puncture and injection by high pressure syringe. We would observe the puncture success rate and adverse reactions and put forward specific nursing measures.Result：For the 467 cases with high pressure syringe to enhance spiral CT angiography,463 cases were one-time puncture success and one-time puncture success rate was 99.14%.9 cases leaked in the process of imaging contrast agent push note and the leakage rate was 1.93%.There were no severe complications such as phlebitis and air embolism. Conclusion：The careful preparation for enhanced spiral CT angiography and the proper use of high pressure syringe can strengthen the nursing effect,reduce leakage of contrast material and effectively prevent adverse reactions.
