摘要
中国"十三五"规划是在新常态形势下的中长期规划,对整体经济社会发展起着统领作用。基于市级"十三五"规划编制的视角,主要讨论"十三五"经济发展阶段研判的基本分析框架和研究方法。
China＇ s Thirteenth Five-year Plan is a long-term Plan in the situation of the ＂New Normal＂, which is playing a leading role in the overall economic and social developnlent.In this paper, it is mainly discussed on the basic analysis framework and research method about the Stage of Economic Development based on the perspective of municipal Thirteenth Five-year Plan in order to ask for advice on planning expert colleagues.
