摘要
目的:分析我国第一类精神药品应用情况,为全面掌握我国第一类精神药品的使用情况和指导临床合理用药提供导向性的参考。方法:以2003—2013年全国第一类精神药品用药数据为依据,对用药总量、用药频度进行统计分析。结果:2003年以来我国第一类精神药品的使用总量呈现波动后稳定上升的态势;三唑仑、司可巴比妥类用量逐年下降,丁丙诺啡和哌醋甲酯类用量逐年上升,到2013年盐酸丁丙诺啡舌下片的DDDs值居于首位。结论:我国使用第一类精神药物的需求逐步加大,品种也在逐步增加,符合世界卫生组织的麻醉及精神类药品合理利用原则,可在杜绝精神类药品滥用的基础上合理使用第一类精神药品。
OBJECTIVE To analyze application of psychotropic drugs of category I in China,to comprehensively master administration of psychotropic drugs of category I in China as well as to provide a guide for rational clinical medication.METHODS Based on the national data of psychotropic drugs of category I,total amount of drugs and DDDs were analyzed.RESULTS Since 2003,total use of psychotropic drugs of category I showed a steady increasing trend after fluctuation.Triazolam and secobarbital consumption declined,and buprenorphine and methylphenidate consumption increased yearly.DDDs of buprenorphine hydrochloride sublingual tablets ranked No.1 in 2013.CONCLUSION Both the demands and the variety of psychotropic drugs of category I gradually increase in China,which accords with the using rules of WHO about narcotic and psychotropic drugs.It is achievable to rationally utilize psychotropic drugs of category I on the premise of eliminating the psychotropic drugs abuse.
