摘要 针对计量检测机构检测/校准能力的提高和业务管理工作规模的扩大,将现代化信息技术融入计量检测机构的业务调度管理工作已成为计量检测行业的热点问题。本文设计的计量调度管理系统,采用C/S和B/S混合三层架构模式,以Microsoft Visual Studio 2010作为开发工具,使用O racle和SQ L SER VER数据库,将客户、检测、人员出行和车辆等信息资源进行整合,实现检测闭环管理,解决了有限资源与不断扩大的检测需求之间的矛盾。实践证明,该系统极大地提高了业务调度工作效率和检测机构的管理水平。 Aiming at the improvement of detection and calibration capability and the expansion of business management work scope of measurement detection institution, the integration of modern information technology, into the business scheduling management of measurement detection institution has become the hot topic in meassurement detection industry. The designed measurement and scheduling management system adopts C/S and B/S, mixed three-tier structure mode. uses Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 as the development tool, and applies the Oracle and SQL SERVER database to the integration of information resources including customers, detection, staff travelling and vehicles. The closed-loop detection management is implemented and the contradiction between limited resources and expanding dctection requirements is resolved. The practice results show that this system gready improves the efficiency of business scheduling work and the management level o(detection restitution.
