摘要
完整意义上的"绿色革命"至少包含着三重意蕴或维度:目标、过程和思维,而当代世界中的任何绿色革命,都必须在某种程度上体现为或导向对现代工业(城市)文明反生态本性的实质性否定或超越。依此而言,相比欧美国家的"浅绿色"实践努力,我们有着更多的理由或条件使当下的(社会主义)生态文明建设成为一场真正意义上的"绿色革命",但这只有在把各种生态环境难题的应对置于一个更为宽阔的整体背景与语境之下时才会成为可能。对于生态文明制度建设的行动部署,一旦离开更为整体性的总体背景,很容易简化为一种行政管理体制和经济政策层面上的解读。
A complete ＂Green Revolution＂ encompasses at least three meanings or dimensions： the goal, process and thinking. But in the modern world, any green revolution must, to some extent, be embodied by or orient toward the substantive negation or transcendence of the anti-ecological nature of the modern industrial （urban） civilization. Accordingly, compared with tire ＂light green＂ practical efforts of Europe and the US, we have a stronger reason and more conditions to make the current （socialist） ecological development a real ＂green revolution＂, which might only be realizable if we put all the efforts to deal with various ecological environment problems under a broader background and context. The action arrangements for the institutional development for ecological progress, if without a broader general background, will easily degenerate into an interpretation from the perspectives of the administrative management system and economic policy.
