摘要
目的观察以GSS内固定、经皮椎体成形术联合方案对胸腰椎骨折伤患施治的效果。方法选择32例胸腰椎骨折伤患,对其进行GSS内固定及经皮椎体成形手术治疗,观察伤椎平均高度、Cobb’s、疼痛改善效果及并发症发生情况。结果本组32例伤患的手术均成功,伤椎平均高度比治疗前明显地提升,P<0.05;Cobb’s比治疗前显著降低,P<0.05,疼痛缓解率100%。结论 GSS内固定、经皮椎体成形手术联合用于胸腰椎骨折的治疗,疗效高,并发症少,值得推广。
Objective To observe the internal GSS fixation,percutaneous vertebroplasty joint program of thoracolumbar fracture injuries and treatment effect. Methods Select 32 cases of thoracolumbar fracture injuries,its internal GSS fixation and percutaneous vertebroplasty surgery,observed average vertebral height,Cobb＆#39;s,pain relief effect and occurrence of complications. Results The group of 32 cases of injuries were successful surgery,vertebral average height than before treatment significantly enhance,P〈0.05; Cobb＆#39;s significantly lower than before treatment,P 〈0.05,100% pain relief. Conclusion GSS internal fixation surgery with percutaneous vertebroplasty for the treatment of thoracolumbar fractures,high efficacy,fewer complications,worthy of promotion.
