摘要
目的分析冠心病心绞痛病人综合护理的措施和护理效果。方法收集我院2012年8月-2013年9月期间诊治的69例冠心病心绞痛患者作为研究对象,随机分为试验组（36例）与对照组（33例）,对照组患者给予一般性护理,试验组实施心理疏导、放松训练、生活指导、舒适护理等综合护理干预,对两组患者的疼痛程度改善情况进行分析对比。结果研究结果显示,护理前试验组患者疼痛评分为（7.69±1.24）分,对照组为（7.55±1.34）分,两组患者疼痛评分比较无明显差异（P〉0.05）,护理后试验组患者疼痛评分为（1.88±0.56）分,对照组为（3.47±0.74）分,两组患者疼痛评分比较具有明显差异（P〈0.05）,试验组患者的疼痛程度改善情况明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论冠心病心绞痛患者实施综合护理具有良好的临床效果,可有效促进其疼痛程度改善。
Objective To analysis of coronary heart disease angina pectoris patients comprehensive nursing measures and nursing effect. Methods Col ected from 69 patients with coronary heart disease angina as the research object, were randomly divided into experimental group （36 cases） and control group （33 cases）, the level of pain in patients with two groups of the comparative analysis to improve the situation. Results The results showed that the nursing intervention group patients before for pain score （7.69＆#177;1.24） and the control group is （7.55＆#177;1.34） points, two groups of patients with pain score was no significant difference （P 〉 0.05）, Conclusion The comprehensive nursing patients with coronary heart disease angina has good clinical effect, can effectively improve the degree of pain.
