摘要
目的研究分析小儿先天性心脏病体外循环手术中的护理配合要点。方法回顾性分析2013年3月-2014年9月本院收治的68例先天性心脏病体外循环患儿的临床资料,总结归纳68例患儿的护理配合方式,观察患儿在手术后恢复情况。结果本次实验研究的68例患儿,经过手术治疗后均顺利出院,并未出现因护理配合不当造成的患儿损伤,治愈率为100.00%。结论小儿先天性心脏病体外循环手术难度大,存在一定的风险,科学有效的护理配合可以提高手术的成功率,预防和减少手术给患儿的带来意外损伤。
Objective To study the analysis of the main points of nursing cooperation in children with congenital heart disease in extracorporeal circulation operation. Methods Retrospective analysis of 2013 March to 2014 September, clinical data of 68 cases with congenital heart disease in children with cardiopulmonary bypass, summarize the nursing cooperation method summarized in 68 cases, recovery after operation were observed in. Results 68 patients in this experiment, after operation were discharged after treatment, did not appear because of injury in children caused by improper nursing, the cure rate was 100%. Conclusion Children with congenital heart bypass operation difficulty is great, there are certain risks, scientific and effective cooperation of nursing can improve the success rate of operation, prevent and reduce operation to bring accident injury in children.
