摘要
目的探讨骨纤维异常增殖症的影像学诊断价值。方法将近两年在我院接受诊断及治疗的50例骨纤维异常增殖症患者作为对象进行研究,患者分别接受X线、CT及MRI等诊断,并接受手术治疗。结果骨纤维异常增殖症在影像学下主要表现为囊肿膨胀性变,同时伴随囊内斑点状致密影、条索状骨纹致密影,磨玻璃样变、地图样变等。结论骨纤维异常增殖症影像学表现典型,能够为临床诊断提供显著的价值。
Objective To study the diagnosis value of analysis of ifbrous dysplasia of bone imaging.Methods 50 cases of ifbrous dysplasia patients in the two years to accept diagnosis and treatment in our hospital as the research object, the patients were examined by X-ray, CT and MRI diagnosis, and accept operation treatment.ResultsThe cyst expansion mainly of fibrous dysplasia of bone in the imaging performance, accompanied by the sac spotted dense shadow, a cord shaped bone pattern density, GGO, map like change and so on.Conclusion Fibrous dysplasia of bone imaging showed can provide signiifcant value for clinical diagnosis.
