摘要
目的：探讨规范化护理管理对伤口造口患者的护理效果。方法统计分析2013年1月～6月我院收治的50例伤口造口患者的临床资料。结果观察组患者的压疮发生率明显比对照组低，对临床护理工作的满意度明显比对照组高（P＜0.05），伤口、造口、失禁评分均明显比对照组高（P＜0.05）。结论规划化护理管理对伤口造口患者的护理效果良好。
ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of standardized nursing management on wound ostomy patients.MethodsThe clinical data of 50 cases of wound ostomy patients who had been treated in our hospital from January to June 2013 were retrospectively analyzed.Results The incidence rates of pressure ulcers of the observation group was signiifcantly lower, the satisfaction to clinical nursing job was significantly higher （P〈0.05）, the ostomy, incontinence scores were signiifcantly higher than those of the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The effect of standardized nursing management on wound ostomy patients is good.
