摘要
目的探讨甲状腺功能亢进术后并发甲状腺危象的临床护理要点。方法收集甲状腺功能亢进手术患者15例相关资料,进行护理观察,着重监测患者临床表现及并发症。结果发生甲状腺危象2例,发生率13.3%。其余患者均通过有效的护理干预,顺利出院。结论甲状腺功能亢进手术后全面监测患者基本情况,积极预防并发症发生,降低甲状腺危象发生率。
ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical hyperthyroidism postoperative care for thyroid storm.Methods Selected 15 cases of patients with hyperthyroidism surgery, related information, conducted nursing observation, focus on monitoring clinical manifestations and complications.Results There were two cases of thyroid storm, the incidence was 13.3%. The remaining patients were discharged through effective nursing intervention.Conclusion The overall monitoring of thyroid function after surgery with hyperthyroidism can actively prevent complications, reduce the incidence of thyroid storm.
