摘要
目的分析甘露聚糖肽胶囊联合利血生片治疗慢性乙肝并白细胞减少症的临床疗效。方法选择慢性乙肝合并白细胞减少症患者80例,随机分组,对照组以利血生片治疗,实验组加用甘露聚糖肽胶囊,对比治疗效果。结果实验组患者接受治疗后白细胞计数为(8.5±0.3)×109/L,临床总有效率为95.00%(38/40),均明显高于对照组,P<0.05。结论甘露聚糖肽胶囊联合利血生片治疗慢性乙肝并白细胞减少症的临床疗效确切。
Objective Analysis of joint capsule were the blood gave birth to the treatment of chronic hepatitis b and white blood cells reduce disease clinical curative effect. Methods Choose 80 patients with chronic hepatitis b with white blood cel s reduce disease were randomized,control group and the blood raw treatment, the experimental group used capsules were, compare the treatment effect. Results The experimental group after treatment in patients with white blood cel count is （8.5±0.3）×10^9/L,the clinical total effective rate was 95.00%（38/40）, were significantly higher than that of control group,P〈0.05）. Conclusion Capsule were combined the raw piece of the treatment of chronic hepatitis b blood and white blood cel s reduce disease clinical curative effect.
