摘要
目的提高医院对大批量伤员的应急处置能力。方法总结我院急诊科2013年对批量中暑学员成功救治的经验。结果 42名学员短时间入院后均得到科学合理分诊,危重患者得到及时就诊,所有患者痊愈出院。结论迅速启动批量伤员救治应急预案、准确分诊和绿色通道的开辟是成功救治批量伤员的关键。
Objective To improve the emergency response capacity of mass casualty in hospital. Methods Summary successful treatment experience from 2013 in emergency department of our hospital for batch heatstroke students. Results 42 students had received a scientific and reasonable triage after admission at a short time,critically ill patients got treatment timely,and all the patients were recovered anddischarged from hospital. Conclusion Starting the batch wounded treatment contingency plans quickly,triaging accuratelyand opening the green channel is the key to treat the batch wounded successfully.
