摘要
目的分析消化性溃疡患者的超声诊断价值。方法选取2013年4月-2014年4月间我院收治的47例消化性溃疡患者,分别给予超声诊断与X线钡餐检查,并与胃镜活检结果作为对照,比较两组诊断符合率。结果超声诊断符合率（91.49%）显著高于X线钡餐（80.85%）,两种检查方法诊断结果差异显著,有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论消化性溃疡应用超声诊断准确性高、简便无创、经济适用。
Objective Ultrasound examination value in diagnosis of peptic ulcer patients is to be investigated. Methods Choose 47 patients of peptic ulcer who are received and treated in hospital from April 2013 to April 2014 and separate them into two groups with being diagnosed by ultrasound examination and X-ray barium meal examination respectively and take endoscopic biopsy result as a comparison. And then compare the diagnosis accuracy of these two groups. Results The diagnosis accuracy rate of ultrasound examination is up to 91.49%,while the diagnosis accuracy rate of X-ray barium meal is 80.85%; there is a diagnosis accuracy differential between two groups,and such a differential has statistic value（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Ultrasound examination is accurate,simple,non-invasive and economic in diagnosis of peptic ulcer,which is quite worthwhile to be promoted.
