摘要
目的探讨超声诊断技术对精索静脉曲张的诊断价值。方法选取38例精索静脉曲张患者超声检查,检查方法及超声表现。结果拟诊精索静脉曲张者38例,超声检出34例,其中左侧31例,右侧1例,双侧2例。结论超声诊断本病敏感而准确。CDI总敏感度可达100%,瓦尔萨尔瓦动作后若静脉反流持续时间超过1 s,其敏感性为97%,特异性可达91%。
Objective The diagnosis value of ultrasonic technique of varicocele to be discussed. Methods Analyzing the ultrasonic examination, examination methods and ultrasonic manifestation selected from 38 cases of patients with varicocele. Results With 38 cases of patients diagnosed, 34 cases of patients have been ultrasonical y diagnosed to be varicocele, and 31 of them are varicocele in left, one is varicocele in right and 2 cases are varicocele in both sides. Conclusion The ultrasonic method is quite sensitive and precise to diagnose varicocele. The sensitivity of CDI reaches to 100 percent, and if the duration of venous refluxes over 1 second after Valsalva action, the sensitivity would be 97 percent, and the specificity would be 91 percent.
