摘要
总结了10例胰十二指肠术后胃排空延迟障碍患者的护理经验。护理措施包括实施有效的胃肠减压、针对性地为患者做好心理护理、严密监测生化指标、鼓励患者术后早期离床活动及进行腹部物理按摩治疗。认为胃排空延迟障碍患者经过精心有效的护理及营养支持治疗后是可以得到有效恢复的。
Objective：To analyze the clinical value of Jianpi Yuwei Decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of gastric ulcer. Methods：In our hospital from October 2012 to October 2013,100 cases of gastric ulcer patients were as the research object and by using the randomized manner were divided into observation group and control group,50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with simple western medicine treatment and the observation groupadded Jianpi Yuwei Decoction. The therapeutic effect and the adverse reaction rate were observed for the comparative analysis. Results：28 cases were cured in the observation group,accounting for 56% of the total and 12 cases obviously effective,accounting for 24% and 5 cases effective,accounting for 10% and 5 cases are invalid,accounting for 10%. The excellent rate was 80% and the total effective rate was 90%. 14 cases were cured in the control group,accounting for 28% of the total and 14 cases obviously effective,accounting for 28% and 4 cases effective,accounting for 8% and 18 cases are invalid,accounting for 36%. The excellent rate was 56% and the total effective rate was 64% in the control group. The excellent rate and total effective rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group（P0.05）. In the observation group,5 patients had nausea and vomiting and the adverse reaction rate was 10% while in the control group 4 patients experienced nausea and vomiting and the incidence rate of adverse reaction was 8%. Two groups＇ adverse reaction rate had no significant difference（P0.05）. Conclusion：Jianpi Yuwei Decoction combined with western medicine therapy has good clinical effect of gastric ulcer and very important clinical value in the treatment of gastric ulcer,worthy of promotion in clinical application.
