摘要
李宗智教授是全国第四、第五批名老中医学术经验继承工作的中医专家,善治感染后咳嗽,屡见奇效。李老认为,感染后咳嗽常因滥用各种抗生素、未予重视,或未及时施治,从而导致病程迁延缠绵难愈。临证之时主张采取解表宣透之法,透邪于外,使闭郁之寒邪速去,必免其传经入里;善用炙麻绒开泄腠理驱郁邪于外又不至过耗气阴;强调感染后咳嗽多伴有阴伤津亏,宣肺解表的同时宜多顾护阴津。
