摘要
在使用杠杆式力标准机检测拉力传感器时,由于更换拉向力架的难度较大,往往以压向数据代替拉向数据,这种检测方法对检测结果带来了很大的不确定性。基于此,研究设计了双空间反力力架结构,并将此结构应用于60,k N杠杆式力标准机上,取得了较好的应用效果。
Due to the difficulty in the replacement of pull direction force frames,pull direction data are often replaced by push direction data when using a lever-amplification force standard machine to test pull direction force sensors. This brings great uncertainty to testing results. This study designed a reaction force double space frame structure and the application of this new technology to a 60,k N level-amplification force standard machine has been proved with a good effect.
