摘要
目的研究重症肌无力临床绝对和相对评分法量化形式对MG患者,非MG患者及健康人进行新斯的明试验评分,以确定评分方法在临床上的应用意义,提高重症肌无力的治疗水平。方法选择2011年12月~2014年1月入院接受治疗的反复出现症状的25例MG患者和12例非MG及健康人作为研究对象,其中12例非MG患者中包含9例非MG患者和3例健康人作为对照组,所有研究对象均注射新斯的明注射液及阿托品,将注射前1 h,及注射后1 h每10 min的临床及相对评分记录统计学检验试验前显效时的绝对评分,同时对相对评分的阳性和阴性界定值的灵敏度,特异度,约登指数进行分析。结果 MG组于的试验前后评分具有显著差异性（P〈0.05）,对照组无明显差异。选择相对评分的60%界定新斯的明试验阳性值,25%界定为阴性时,约登指数相对最高。结论 MG临床绝对评分法和相对评分法有助于对MG患者临床诊断及鉴别诊断,值得临床广泛推广使用。
Objective To study the clinical quantification of absolute and relative evaluation method of myasthenia gravis patients with MG, MG patients and healthy people with neostigmine test scores, to determine the grading method in the clinical application significance, raise the level of the treatment of myasthenia gravis. Methods Choice between December 2009 and january 2009 in our hospital for treatment of recurrent symptoms of 25 patients with MG and 12 cases of MG and healthy people as the research object, in which 12 cases were not included in 9 patients with MG MG patients and 3 cases of healthy people as control group, all subjects were injection of atropine and neostigmine injection, the in- jection of 1 h before, and every 10 min to 1 h after injection of clinical and relative score record statistical inspection be- fore the test takes effect at the time of the absolute score, as well as the relative score of positive and negative values, the sensitivity of the specific degree, about an index are analyzed. Results In the MG group before and after the test score had significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）, the control group no significant difference. Choose relative score of 60% defines neostigmine test positive value, and 25% is defined as negative, about the index is relatively high. Conclusions MG clinical absolute evaluation method with relative evaluation method is helpful to clinical diagnosis and differential diagno- sis in patients with MG, is worth to be widely used in clinical.
