摘要
目的探讨使用中心静脉导管胸腔穿刺置管引流治疗气胸的临床效果。方法选择2010年9月~2014年6月收治的53例闭合性气胸患者,随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组28例,行中心静脉导管胸腔穿刺置管闭式引流术,对照组25例行常规粗硅胶管胸腔闭式引流术;比较分析两种方法治疗气胸的疗效及并发症的发生情况。结果实验组治疗总有效率为96%,治疗效果相近于对照组治疗总有效率97%,2组对比无统计学差异（χ2=0.114,P=0.736）。结论应用中心静脉导管胸腔穿刺置管引流治疗气胸,具有操作简便、安全,创伤小,并发症少等优点,值得临床广泛应用。
Objective To explore the use of central venous catheter pleural puncture catheter drainage for treatment of pneumothorax. Methods In September 2010 to June 2014 of our hospital, 53 cases with closed pneumothorax patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, experimental group 28 cases, central venous catheter pleural line closed drainage tube, control group and routine coarse silicone tube closed chest drainage; Comparative anal- ysis of two kinds of method curative effect and complications for the treatment of pneumothorax. Results Treatment group total effective rate was 96%, the effect is similar to the control group total effectiveness 97%, treatment contrast in the 2 groups were no statistical difference （X2 = 0. 114, P = 0. 736 ）. Conclusions The application of central venous catheter pleural puncture catheter drainage in the treatment of pneurnothorax, with easy operation, safety, small trauma, fewer complications.
