摘要
目的探讨ku1000尿沉渣分析仪红细胞假阳性的原因。方法选取2114例尿标本,用尿沉渣分析仪检测标本,再使用显微镜进行尿沉渣复检。结果尿沉渣分析仪红细胞阳性率为22.8%(483/2114),显微镜法红细胞阳性率为15.9%(337/2114),经统计学分析,P<0.001结论尿沉渣分析仪在红细胞检测中存在一些干扰因素,因此在日常工作中沉渣分析仪应与人工镜检相结合,以提高检测结果的准确性。
Objective To explore the reason of false positive red blood Cell by kul000 urine sediment analy- zer. Methods Elect 2114 urinary specimens, re - examination urine sediment with microscope after urine sediment ana- lyzer finish test. Results The red blood cell positive rate is 22. 8% (483/2114) by urine sediment analyzer. The posi- tive rate is 15.9% (337/2114) by microscope (P 〈 0. 001 ). Conclusions Urinary sediment analyzer has some inter- ference factors in the red blood cell detection. The analyzer should be combined with manual microscopy examination in the daily work in order to improve the accuracy rate of the detection results.
