摘要
我国新疆准东地区煤炭资源丰富,但煤中Na等碱金属含量高,燃烧后易在尾部受热面结渣,影响锅炉机组正常运行。本文从高钠煤中钠的存在形式及碱金属迁移规律研究出发,介绍了高钠煤的预处理技术现状,并进行了技术对比。
China is rich in coal resources in Xinjiang Zhundong area,but the high content of alkali metals such as Na caused slagging in tail heating surface after combustion and affected the normal operation of the boiler unit. Based on the high sodium of coal in the existing form and migration mechanism of alkali metals research,this paper introduced the pretreatment technology of high sodium coal,and the comparison of these.
