摘要
研究目的:某新建基坑位于既有地铁工程安全保护区内,基坑与地铁车站结构水平净距约2.0 m,新建基坑开挖不可避免地会对地铁结构产生影响,为了评定新建基坑在实施过程中对既有地铁结构的影响情况,依托通用有限元软件ANSYS,构筑拟建基坑与地铁结构的有限元模型对拟建基坑开挖过程中地铁结构的响应进行计算分析,以明确新建基坑开挖对既有地铁结构的影响程度,从而采取有针对性的措施。研究结论:(1)新建基坑施工对地铁车站影响显著,主要为基坑开挖及降水等过程;(2)基坑开挖至基底,主体结构未施作时影响最大,结构向着基坑开挖临空面产生位移,地铁结构在基坑开挖至基底时竖向最大位移为26.3mm,水平位移为17.8 mm;(3)建议开挖过程中采取措施尽可能减小新建基坑施工对既有地铁结构的影响,确保新建及既有工程的安全;(4)本研究结论可供类似基坑工程参考。
Research purposes: A new foundation excavation is located in the safety protection zone of existing subway, the distance between them is about 2.0 m, the influence during the process of the new foundation excavation on the subway structure is inevitable. For estimating the influence, a FEM model is built to compute the influence of the new foundation excavation on the existing subway station through the FEM software ANSYS ,furthermore the targeted counter measures is adopted. Research conclusions: ( 1 ) The influence of the new foundation excavation on the subway structure is significant, especially during the process of the foundation excavation and rainfall. (2) The influence on the subway station is largest when the foundation excavation is excavated to the bottom, the vertical displacement is 26.3 mm, and the horizontal displacement is 17.8 mm. (3) During the excavating, process the measures must be taken to reduce the influence to make sure that the subway station is safe. (4) The conclusions can be used in the similar project.
