摘要
目的探讨心理护理联合康复按摩在产后抑郁患者中的治疗作用。方法将60例产后抑郁产妇随机分组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上加强心理护理干预以及康复按摩,比较2组产后抑郁评分的变化、睡眠质量、生活质量以及护理满意度。结果观察组产后28 d、42 d时的EPDS评分低于对照组,睡眠质量评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组生活质量方面评分均高于对照组,护理满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心理护理干预联合康复按摩从认知和物理性接触两方面改善了产妇的产后抑郁情况,提高了睡眠质量和生活质量。
Objective To explore effect of psychological nursing intervention combined with massage on postpartum depression of patients. Methods A total of 60 postpartum depression patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The patients in the con- trol group were given routine nursing while the patients in the observation group received psycho- logical nursing intervention and rehabilitation massage on the basis of the treatment in the control group. And postpartum depression score changes, sleep quality, quality of life and nursing satisfac- tion were compared. Results On the 28th and 42nd postpartum day, EPDS scores of the observa- tion group were less than that in the control group and sleep quality was lower than that in the con- trol group, which revealed that the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. The quali- ty of life scores and nursing satisfaction scores in the observation group were higher, the results showed that the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Psychological nursing intervention combined with rehabilitation massage has improved the situation of maternal postpartum depression in terms of cognitive and physical contact, and enhanced sleep quality and quality of life.
