摘要
目的总结经口隧道技术切除食管固有肌层肿瘤患者的护理要点。方法对23例行经口隧道技术切除食管固有肌层肿瘤的患者术前充分评估,做好心理护理、知情同意、器械等准备;术中配合操作者准确定位切口,用足量溶液进行黏膜下注射,保证操作安全,准确止血,严格无菌操作,防止发生出血、穿孔、感染等并发症,术后做好活动、饮食、用药、病情监测与观察、出院指导等。结果 23例患者无1例出现出血、穿孔、感染等并发症,肿瘤一次完整切除率达100%,患者术后疼痛反应轻,恢复快,住院时间短,费用低。结论细致周到的护理配合是内镜下经口隧道技术切除食管固有肌层肿瘤此项新技术成功开展的关键。
Objective To summarize nursing of endoscopic myoma resection of esophagus with peroral tunnel technique. Methods A total of 23 patients with myoma of the esophagus treat- ed with peroral tunnel endoscopic resection were evaluated. And the preoperative assessment, in- formed consent and equipments were all prepared. During the operation, the nurses should help to locate incision, inject enough solution, ensure safety operation, stop bleeding accurately and steril- ize and prevent complications such as infection, blood and perforation. After the operation, activi- ty, diet, medication and disease were monitored and discharge guidance was carried out. Results No patients developed bleeding, perforation, infection and other complications. The complete tu- mor resection rate was 100 % in one operation. All patients had slight postoperative pain, quick re- covery, short hospitalization days and low cost. Conclusion Thoughtful nursing is the key to suc- cessful implementation for this new technology.
