摘要
农村新型社区建设坚持以人为本、可持续发展的理念,该理念为我国农村社区建设提出了新的要求。一直以来,我国农村社区建设面临着社区居民观念相对陈旧,社区劳动力文化素质、就业技能普遍较低,农村社区环境问题突出等问题。鉴于此,开展农村新型社区教育是解决当前问题的重要途径。农村新型社区教育要做到:更新社区居民观念,构建学习型农村社区;开展农村转移劳动力就业培训,提高其就业技能;开展社区环保教育,实现社区的可持续发展。
The construction of the new-type rural community sticks to people-oriented and sustainable development principles,so the construction of rural community needs to be improved,and the problems of the relatively outdated concepts of the community residents,the low level of cultural quality and the employability skills of community labors,as well as the poor environment in rural community,needs to be solved. The new-type rural community education is a significant measure to deal with the current situation,which includes the follows: to update the concepts of residents to construct a learning-mode community; to carry out employment training for the rural transforming labors to improve their employability skills,and to develop environmental education to achieve sustainable development of new-type rural community.
