摘要
休闲渔业是推动国民经济发展和促进就业的重要力量,是解决"三渔"问题的重要方式。概述我国休闲渔业的发展背景及现状,以长岛为例研究休闲渔业对解决"三渔"问题的效应,如增加渔民收入,调整产业结构,促进渔区经济发展,改善渔村环境等。在此基础上从政府、渔业产业、渔户自身三个层面提出有效解决长岛"三渔"问题的对策。
Recreational fisheries is the backbone in developing national economy and boosting employment, and the vital way of solving the three fishery problems. This paper outlines the development background and current status of recreational fisheries in China, and taking Long Island for example to study the effect of recreational fisheries on resolving the three fishery problems, such as increase of fishermen＇ s income, industrial restructuring, promoting the economic development of fishing areas and improving the fishing village environmeing etc. At last, putting forward countermeasures to solve the ＂three fishery problems＂ from the three fisherman on the basis of the study. aspects of government, fishing industry and
