摘要
针对生活垃圾焚烧发电厂的运营监管工作,提出了在强调焚烧厂自身管理的同时,需加强国家行业主管部门、地方政府以及社会公众参与的"3+1"运行监管方式。
According to the operation supervision for domestic waste incineration power plants, the ＂ 3 ＋1＂ operation supervision mode was presented, that is to say, the plant managed by itself, and also supervision by the state competent department,local government and social public.
