摘要
群众路线是党的生命线和根本工作路线。中国共产党开展以为民务实清廉为主要内容的党的群众路线教育实践活动,强化党员干部的宗旨意识和服务质量,加强了党同人民群众的血肉联系。公务员队伍是党的重要组成部分,是党的群众路线的行动者和载体,他们的言行举止代表着国家和政府旳形象,但在其队伍中还存在着诸多脱离群众的现象和问题。公务员必须切实践行党的群众路线,不断强化公仆意识不断培育公务员精神,不断提升礼仪修养,不断提高服务质量。
The mass line is the life line and work line of the communist party of China. The communist party of China carries out the educational practical activities of mass line of the party,that is,the party member should do the practical and realistic things for the mass,and be free from corruption in nature.Meanwhile,the party member should strengthen the cadre＇s aim consciousness,service quality,and the flesh- blood relationship with the mass. Civil servant is an important part of the party as well as the actor and carrier of the mass line of the party. Their action and behavior represent the image of government and country. However,there are some phenomena and problems about isolation from the mass among them. Only practically implementing the mass line of the party,having a good memory of servant consciousness and cultivating the spirit of service,can the civil servant gradually enhance the servant consciousness and improve the quality of service,and finally the etiquette culture of civil servant can be improved.
