摘要
以烤烟为供试植物,采用土培盆栽试验方法,利用连续提取法研究了不同钝化剂对发酵鸡粪生物有机肥还田Cr、Pb的钝化作用。结果表明发酵鸡粪生物有机肥本身也是一种钝化剂,对重金属Cr有一定程度的钝化效果;向土壤中施加钝化剂会使土壤p H升高,但不会影响烤烟植株的正常生长;添加不同钝化剂处理的土壤中Cr和Pb形态分配率不同,对Cr添加膨润土和钾长石钝化效果较理想,达到了71.93%和60.90%;Pb钝化效果效果最理想的是钾长石,达到了52.74%。
By a combination of continuous extraction and pot-cultivated methods,the effects of different passivators on plumbum(Pb) and chromium(Cr) of flue-cured tobaccos in soil amanded with chicken-manure compost was investigated in the present work. The results showed that chicken-manure compost per se was a passivating agent,and a considerable passivation effect on Cr was oberved. Passivation agents might somewhat increase the p H value of the soil,however did not inhibited the plant growth. The allocation ratios of different form of Cr and Pb varied depending on the passivator type. Treatment with bentonite and feldspar gave the significant effects on Cr passivation, and their allocation ratios might reach to 71. 93% and60. 90%,respectively,and the best passivator for Pb was bentonite,whose allocation ratio was 52. 74%.
