摘要
文章探讨了在大数据兴起、科研范式变革、方法工具演进、用户需求变化的共同作用下，利用工程化思维开展科技情报研究的新范式——情报工程的一系列基本理论问题，具体包括情报工程的内涵、特征、国内外实践动态、作用与价值、学科化分析等内容。对情报工程的研究与实践将有利于集成新型的数据处理分析工具和方法，对海量的多源数据进行采集和加工，将信息技术和分析算法与情报学理论方法深度融合和创新，实现科技情报对科技创新的强有力支撑。文章还对情报工程的学科化进行探讨。
The dissertation discusses a series of basic theoretical problems of Intelligence Engineering, the new research paradigm of scientific and technological intelligence in the common effect of rising of big data, transformation of research paradigm, evolution of analysis methods, change of users requirements. The research contents include the connotation, characteristics, domestic and international practice, function and of intelligence engineering. Research and practice of intelligence engineering will be conducive to integration of new data analysis tools and methods, collection and processing of massive data of multi sources, innovation of information technology and the theory of intelligence science methods, and will be benefit for realize the strong support of intelligence on science and technology innovation. The dissertation also discuss the establishing the subject of Intelligence Engineering.
