摘要
目的探讨医患矛盾产生的原因及管理对策。方法通过医方因素、患方因素剖析医患矛盾产生的原因及管理对策。结果由于诚信危机、经济负担、投入不足等诸多因素,导致医疗界知名度高而美誉度低,从而产生矛盾的根源。应在组织管理、危机预警机制、医务人员职业道德、投诉机制、信息透明度等方面着手,减少矛盾的发生。结论医疗机构应加强组织管理、完善各项规章制度、逐渐提高医务人员道德素养,以降低矛盾和纠纷发生的概率。
Objective To discuss the causes of doctor - patient disputes and management countermeasure. Methods The analysis was carried out from the aspects of the hospital factor and patient factor. Results Due to the reasons as insufficient credit, economic burden and so on, it was of high visibility and low reputation for the hospital, which was the root - cause of disputes. We should strengthen the organization and management, establish crisis warning mechanism, medical personnel vocational moral, complaint mechanisms, information delivery mechanism, thus to reduce the occurrence of disputes. Conclusion For medical institutions, the organization and management should be strengthened, the regulations system and the medical staff ethics education should be improved, to reduce the probability of disputes.
